I like cats.
Dunno if cats are “apex,” by ecological definition, but point taken.
Just saying, my cat started life as a barn cat before we adopted him (and cleansed him of parasites), and he can be kinda skittish outdoors, perhaps citing concerns about coyotes.
Nonetheless, cats are adorable. Can’t tell if mine’s partially or entirely a Norwegian Forest Cat.
