That's how you know they aren't making the tortillas fresh and are just buying the cheapest ones at the store.
The sizzling is just a squirt of regular old tap water onto the pan right before they bring it to the table. It's the sound of wet meat.
Today I learned. Sorrow is mine.
I didn't even want to spend $$$ here, I just wanted to appreciate my chicken quesadilla with a glass of ice water and perhaps a mint. Don't need that fajita FOMO, Dave Ramsay, help me...
And thats why three orders of fajitas are made when one gets ordered
