Putin can try to come and arrest Kallas, unfortunately he is wanted criminal by ICC and will get arrested himself.
I don't think he would have gone there himself to arrest her. He's more likely to send a window for her to be thrown out of. I mean fall out of, accidentally.
Unsurprising outcome of putting a sociopath Mafia boss in charge of a country. The rest of the world should have stood up to the Kremlin nine years ago. Now we're paying the price.
