It’s worth noting in this article they say PC Game Pass price didn’t change at all.

Let’s offer $1 trials to new users and charge $1 more to existing users.

I guess it makes economic sense.

I mean it kind of does if you think about it.

They're probably losing a few subscribers with the price increase, more than likely leveling out with new subscribers, and with bringing this back they're probably banking on a increase in new subscribers.

Regardless, hey, one dollar gamepass to try some new PC games for a bit for those who have never tried it.
