I can't find anything on the rear hub right now, you will just need to measure it yourself. As long as the spoke hole count matches, compatibility shouldn't be an issue.

I don't have an answer for you, but I'm keenly interested as I also plan to have wheels built and will need to do the same calculations soon.
Did you eventually find the data you needed, or did you buy the components and measure them out?
Im still in the process of learning more (i think ill get a book on wheel building and see how it goes)
