I did a course in Prague for a month. The beer is literally cheaper than water and the quality is amazing. Even the relatively mediocre beer was at least twice as better as any big brewery Japanese beer. When I came back to Japan and had a beer, ngl I almost cried.

Time for some Pilsner Urquell? (Idk it's the only one I have heard of).

The country has been making beer since the 12th C. Damn.

Does anyone have recommendations?

More info on beer in Czechia:

Looking at the chart, Czechia is so far ahead that they almost drink as much as second and third place combined.

FYI, this includes everyone - even children, who can't legally drink... yeah

What kind of freedom-hating commie country doesn't let kids drink

I believe the legal drinking age in the very communist USA is usually 21, higher than in the not at all communist country of China.

Who said children can't legally drink?

[–] [email protected] 1 points 8 months ago

True, while you can't legally BUY it, you can drink it.

How does that compare to Ireland?

Edit: holy crap Ireland is #15

184 is rookie numbers. Having a 355ml bottle per day is 130l, I'm not sure I work with anyone who clocks in under a liter a day. (stay in school)
