I would have preferred a full on Skyrim-like but hopefully if this game does well it'll help win them the resources to be able to do that. It seems they definitely have good source material for Avowed which gives them a good foundation.

Agreed, I feel Xbox doesn't want them to compete with Bethesda and has them focus on higher quality smaller scale RPGs. Looking forward to seeing more on this one
As long as it's a good rpg I don't care what one it's more like
Its really the perfekt RPG niche for me. At least in paper. Hopefully, Obsidian delivers on the RPG and Story Front, as Outer Worlds was average at best.
...and I'm happy with either of those comparisons.
