Now thats a cute cat
We are back, baby.
Finally!
Can anyone explain for someone out of the loop?
Lemmy was released in a new version 0.19.0 which had many bugs and broke federation. Then 0.19.1 was released, but didn't fix all bugs. Now 0.19.2 was released and it works again.
Problem is, that lemmy doesn't allow downgrades to an older version. After feddit.de was upgraded to 0.19.0 and the bugs came into effect, the only way to solve the problems was waiting for the bugfix.
Thanks a lot!
Aaaannnd now feddit.de has problems again. Maybe there are still more bugs, maybe there are new bugs, maybe it's something else... we'll see
For what it's worth, your comment seems to have federated just fine.
Yeah, there were some problems yesterday afternoon/evening (CET obviously), but they seem to be resolved. I haven't seen a single hiccup today from feddit.de
Hope it gets resolved soon. I assume stuff like that often happens when a new version comes out
Hello and welcome
Number of active users is still dropping though. 500 two days ago, now in the 300 range.
People will come back
Let's hope so. A few weeks ago it was well over 1500.
I'm hopeful
Don't know what's going on, we are now at approximately 400. Something might be off.
You are on Lemmy.world, the count is off due to 18.5 version.
On https://feddit.de/c/europe it shows 2,26k users per week.
I am. Didn't realize Lemmy.world was still at 18.5. tnx
