I didn’t even realize this was an issue - I was waiting until my next payday to purchase this, and this seems like a good thing to hold off until fixed.

Yeah, I now have a fairly intricate understanding of this game’s first 14 minutes. I’ve now played it 4 times because of failed saves.

Hey Xbox people, do you play with the gamepad or can you use kb/mouse?

I'm asking because I found the controls with gamepad very confusing after playing with kb.

Controller is just fine for our 4-player party. Having played Divinity on PC, I know kb+m will be easier but I didn't think controller was particularly restrictive.

I know Larian recommends enabling cross-save as a backup for your saves but it resulted in rather frequent crashing so I was only doing this periodically as an insurance. By Act 3 crashes got so frequent that it's no longer annoying but rage inducing. I feel this release got really rushed because they wanted to get it out before end of year and VGAs.
