๐Ÿ˜ž I did this two days ago. Upper back/lower neck area still really sore. Waiting for the chemist to open this morning to go get some voltaren

Think I might get me some voltaren too if this doesn't abate in a few hours. This is like a pinched nerve feeling. The nurofen is helping for now....

I'm now back on my couch and just popped my voltaren. Relief in T-minus 30 minutes

That must be so nice. The nurofen has dulled it for now but it still feels uncomfortable underneath the analgesia and now my eye sockets kind of hurt... v_v
