You mean... questions like these?
You know... the ones you base on assumptions you can't back up with any proof?
I'm starting to suspect that really none of you are truly atheists - it's more like you are simply edgelords trying your best to be the opposite of religious people by merely fetishizing the non-existence of (insert religious construct here).
If true... do you think this is wise?
No, like how you get to decide what an atheist is. And here's a new one: can you make one singular response without any assumptions? Or have you read a history book anywhere in your life?
Actually, at this point, I'm not even sure what an atheist looks like - considering that I can't even be sure that I've encountered any.
Plenty. In fact, I've even browsed through some of the Greek classical stuff - you know, the works we only have thanks to Irish monks and Islamic scholars?
It's funny, because yet again you find yourself in the position to define who is and is not an atheist. Hey guys we don't need a dictionary to dictate how I personally define my beliefs, just ask this guy.
Again, no answers, just reflections
*Edit, I'm sorry my bad, there was a response in there. Good that you know History. So you have plenty of examples of religion being abused by people to do evil. So now you're asking me for examples, except this whole thing started with an example straight out of the box.
Lol! You need a dictionary to "define" your personal feels?
That's disturbing... but not surprising.
So that makes one of us, then... despite your pretensions to the contrary.
No, I'm asking you to back up your assumptions. Let's be perfectly clear about this... only one of us is basing their ideas on ahistorical assumptions.
