Honestly, almost seems like too long since the last movie.

I’d expect a full reboot at this point, is there really a large following that wants more of this?

Casting was the best part of the newer movies, even with some of the changes, but I wasn't a fan of the stories. They weren't Trek. I take that back, the very beginning of 2009 felt Trek. Still enjoy that clip, even with the lens flares.
