It did happen. And he's still free, was posting yesterday.
what would you arrest him for exactly?
Even if it did, his wife isn't there to say he stopped her in a legal fashion. Like she is a grown adult that made a horrible decision to support her husband. But I don't think it's a legal manslaughter or something along those lines.
I do however feel it's morally fucked up.
