I'm pretty sure we have regulations preventing flying vehicles from going below a floor altitude over municipal areas. Most air vehicles are too loud to fly low or land outside airport zones

I would be surprised if this vehicle is given exception, though it'd be way cool if they solved the noise problem.

Oh absolutely. I'm more excited by the tech than the application. Or at least find it interesting.
