Any reason to airfry instead of pan fry?
The photo is quite blurry to see the texture of the food.
It's pretty much just because I got an air fryer for free about a month ago and I've been trying out different things in it lol
As far as benefits of using the air fryer for this, it's definitely lighter and crispier than pan fried. That's something that I personally like, but others may not. After making 4 slices I'd also say the air fryer also gave me much more consistent results than I've had pan frying, but that may be due to something with my stove or possibly my somewhat limited cooking skills lol
Thanks. I had never thought of removing the "air flow grill plate" before. I am going to give it a try.
I left the plate in for the first batch I tried yesterday. Even though I coated it with butter first everything got stuck to it and I had to rip the toast to pieces to get it out. It did cook faster though lol
