Man, nitter was amazing. Fuck Musk.
You can still use it. Twiit checks for nitter instances that still work and redirects you.
The method of access they use is fundamentally broken now, because there's no way to get new guest account tokens. So the remaining instances will die out one-by-one as their tokens expire, since there is now no way to renew them.
But it's not completely dead yet, it's just slowly dying.

This is getting increasingly unreliable, though.
I guess it's still self-hostable, right?
Nitter itself was good at what it did, but it was still TwitX behind it. So...pretty awful overall.
