It was a bit awkward at first, not gonna lie, but I pushed through and ordered a tall iced caramel macchiato. And it did not disappoint! The flavor was great and was surprised that there was no sour aftertaste, very mild.

Not sure if OP is like this, but for me, I have a ton of anxiety at counter service places or drive thrus were you don't get to browse the menu before you're at the ordering station. If I don't already know what's on the menu, I don't know how people have the guts to sit there and hold up the line while they choose. So I look up what they have before I go so I know what I'll be ordering. Better yet if they have an online pay and pickup option.

I don't understand why drive thrus especially don't have a second menu available before the ordering kiosk that you can browse while you're in line...especially in places where menu items are more complicated than just a burger and fries.

At a sit down restaurant, there is no pressure for you to immediately order when you come in because it's expected that you take some time to browse the menu while your server waits on other people. But then you have the awkwardness of interacting with a server so it isn't necessarily better for anxiety, just a different type of anxiety. Lol!
