Your instance, lemmy.world, federates with lemmy.ml. unless there's something you like better about lemmy.ml's blocklist, I don't see any major reason for you to migrate. If you just want to participate in lemmy.ml discussions, you can subscribe to lemmy.ml communities, and comment in lemmy.ml threads from your lemmy.world instance
