The rules for posting and commenting, besides the rules defined here for lemmy.world, are as follows:
Rules
1. All posts must be relevant to Android devices/operating system.
2. Posts cannot be illegal or NSFW material.
3. No spam, self promotion, or upvote farming. Sources engaging in these behavior will be added to the Blacklist.
4. Non-whitelisted bots will be banned.
5. Engage respectfully: Harassment, flamebaiting, bad faith engagement, or agenda posting will result in your posts being removed. Excessive violations will result in temporary or permanent ban, depending on severity.
6. Memes are not allowed to be posts, but are allowed in the comments.
7. Posts from clickbait sources are heavily discouraged. Please de-clickbait titles if it needs to be submitted.
8. Submission statements of any length composed of your own thoughts inside the post text field are mandatory for any microblog posts, and are optional but recommended for article/image/video posts.

As a boost user this is weird... So many people were asking in the subreddit and he never answered. I'm glad it's happening
Iirc he said he wasn't going to work on a lemmy client earlier. Glad he changed his mind.
Yeah he's been really quiet about it all hasn't he.
Will definitely be giving it an install when it lands, I've used boost for so long.
I wouldn't be surprised if RIF springs up too. I think devs are starting to see the magic happening here and it'd be easy'ish to port an existing app.
But what would it be called? LIF? RIF for Lemmy?
Also, would it do the whole LIF is Fun thing as opposed to Lemmy is Fun?
As an aside, I wouldn't say it's easy to port an existing app. Easier, maybe, but it's still a lot of work, depending on the API structure, feature differences, etc.
