That's a bit high. There are effectively different rules for Republicans and Democrats. The latter can expect prosecution if they are caught, so a minority are taking foreign bribes

I don't think so, but I could be wrong.

Both Democrats and Republicans were caught using their classified COVID briefings to make stock trades, and there wasn't any meaningful accountability for it.
