Is it normal to briefly see a different name in the corner when I first load the page? (self.support)

Is it normal to briefly see a different name in the corner when I first load the page? Instead of my name sometimes it says something about Potato but it happens so fast I can't read the rest. I keep trying to get a screenshot but so far no go.

I’m assuming something is messed up with the cache service. This could mean that other users could have read-only access to your data but not update or act on your behalf. It’s definitely something that should be fixed but I’m not sure there is anything super private that would be revealed.

Steam had an issue like that a couple years ago but it was worse because it revealed other users personal details like payment methods and home addresses.
