Yeah, 20 years ago. That's the problem.
That was the DoJ acting not the president.
Executive branch and judicial branch are not the same thing.
The DoJ isn’t in the judicial branch. The courts are the judicial branch. DoJ is in the executive branch because it is supposed to carry out and enforce the laws.
Ok. What about the president using the bully pulpit to call out price gouging after inflation has cooled down. Like last month. Or trying to tackle junk fees?
