I haven't been to the dentist is ~10 years. I should probably go.
Oof, that's maybe not a bad idea.
There's a lot of stuff hidden out of sight that will only become noticeable when it's too late. I was in the same position several years ago, back then it was at least 6 years since I last went to the dentist. Got some stern talking to and a trip to the dental hygienist.
I spend a good 45 minutes there crying in pain while she poked that hook of hers in every nook and cranny between my teeth. I was bleeding so much :(
Ermm.. I just realized this might not really motivate you to go. But please do go, prevention is still so much better than the alternative.
I never moved growing up, so only ever saw 1 dentist, I don't really want to try to find one. I don't want to be told my wisdom teeth need to come out; they don't bother me. I only bleed a little when I do floss and I don't eat/drink much sugar at all. Still though, Yea I need to suck it up and go.
If you like eating, speaking and not being in pain I strongly recommend it.
