Just regular canola oil but I usually use peanut oil but it's gotten really expensive lately.

Looks delish 😍. I’ve been making pan fried chicken cutlets lately and just tried peanut oil so I was curious.

Great recipe. I’ve used variations of that recipe from Serious Eats a few times and it always comes out amazing.
