Ok, so does that make dropping close to the equivalent of half an atomic bomb on the population living there? Does this mean we shouldn’t support the only cancer hospital having fuel? Would we stand by if Russia did this to Kiev?

I mean adding wind turbine along the seashore, solar panel over most of the roof, using electric vehicle, etc...
