Yeah, I dropped a shoe size when I lost 100 lbs. Fat is all over your body, even your feet and head. People drop hat sizes too.
What surprised me was my wrists. My watch was a lot looser when I dropped 40 pounds.
Isn't like the last place to really fill in in that way or is it impossible to generalize?
If I remember correctly there are fat ratio measuring devices that use bottoms of your feet. Fat in your feet is supposed to be very predictable.
Makes a hell of a wedding excuse
