$90 - $150 a month per seat is not unheard of in industrial settings for software licenses. But that is usually for a core tech, like the Unreal engine is $1500 per seat per year, or about $125 a month. Development tools aren't that high, ReSharper is $350 per seat per year, or about $30 a month. CoPilot is not a viable option at any rate, for I don't see it bringing in $1000+ of value per developer each year.
