You can't get preganant through double penetration. I'm not an engineer but I think there's a wave interference effect.

You can get double pregnant from double vag though. Actually, it doesn't have to be double vag, but it's possible to have twins by two different fathers.

I'm almost done, I just need to vindicate my hours of pointless Wikipedia rabbit holes.

It's called super-fecundation.
