Is he stupid? Worst way to start a video. Good that I was not wearing my headphones, I would be deaf now.

That's the (loud, obnoxious) alarm that everyone's cellphone gets when the city sends an emergency text alert. He didn’t need to start the video with that, though.

Yea I know, it's different when it's on phot and different when you watch a video on your phone and this pop-up without a disclaimer.
