Can't subscribe to a lemmit.online community (self.support)

Hey, I've been trying to subscribe to [email protected] for a couple of days now and know the drill about searching it first and waiting for it to sync, but it doesn't seem to be doing the job.

It looks like other lemmit.online communities seem to work fine, but this one seems to stubbornly refuse to show up.

Is there something I'm missing here?

We have defederated from lemmit.online. It has 1 active user per week and 738k posts. The site got flooded with Reddit to Lemmy content instead of original content.

Ah well that explains it, that's a shame in a way, but completely understand

Yeah, main problem is the spam and that the communities are therefore unmoderated...
