Video games are not mere time killers. They are albums of sound, aesthetics, animation and narrative.
This community is in appreciation of that. Screenshots, fanart, animations, gameplay clips. It is all welcome here.
The one common thread should be an eye for the aesthetic. This is not a place to discuss mechanics or stats, but to show off simply the artistic, expressed through the video game medium.
- All rules of the parent instance apply. That is, sopuli.xyz
- Include the name of the game your post is associated with in the post title.
- If your post is fanart, include a link to the artist in post body, if you can. You may also ping @[email protected] to have it attempt to find the source for you, and provide it in a comment.
- MARK ANY TEXT SPOILERS, as for art, do not post content that outright spoils key moments of a games narrative. Content that can only be understood with the context of having played the game, is ok.
- No generative AI art.

That game has style, hot damn. Also I can't mention Darren Korb enough for his soundtracks to Supergiant's games.
Gotta go back and listen to Paper boats now and then.
Red singing after being mute and only humming the whole game, hit hard, and then it turns into a duet!
Fucking masterful. And all the tracks have lyrics, but Red only sings them in second playthroughs, after she's re-united with her lover!? Ah! ππ
Fucking WHAT, mate? I didn't know as I didn't start a second playthrough! Holy fucking fuck!
AND THE LYRICS ARE PLOT RELEVANT!
Like In Circles, where Red sings about her relationship with Sibyl.
Aw man goddamit, now I have to get back to it. Does it just trigger when you start a new game when you have a completed savegame or is it some kind of new game plus?
New game plus. You get to keep all your upgrades. There are other things that are, different, in a second playthrough.
Well that's something. I never knew that. I've tried to play both Bastion and Transistor again but I couldn't recapture the feeling of the first playthrough. Dunno why I didn't try NG+.
