The girl died when I fought her too, because she teleported the girl into MY Cloud of Daggers, which was maybe the coolest thing I've seen the enemy AI do all game.

I beat Ethel with a cloud of Daggers, then once the fight ended the fucking pregnant chick ran into my Cloud and became hostile to me so I had to knock her out fuck me

She did the same thing in my playthrough! I put out the flames, dropped the daggers on her, then she pulled her into it. She turned invisible on me, so I covered the area with grease where I last saw her fade, and she fell on her ass lol. What a fun fight!
