There's a difference between just working out and building stamina
There are many workout regimens. How do you build stamina without doing anything that would be considered working out? Jogging is working out.
I think it's an important distinction to be made though
What distinction? No one mentioned strength training, they just said working out. You don't build stamina without working out. What distinction are you talking about?
When most people think working out, they think lifting weights, so I think the distinction of stamina training should be mentioned
