Accidentally clicked 2FA in settings for Lemmy.World, but I was never given a 2FA code (self.support)

So now it’s demanding I log back in and enter a 2FA code I never received. Any chances a mod/admin could disable it again? 🥺 Changing settings while one handed on my phone backfired, or can I at least get the code sent to my email? Hopefully I missed something. TIA.
