Pretty happy with most of this but there's some elements that I could improve.
Also- what's up with image upload, I had the hardest time getting this to upload, what's the trick here?

No, I can't seem to upload a larger image consistently. I've tried replying with an image but can't seem to get one to upload at all.
How large is large? I mean both in pixels and kb?
