TBH I doubt banks are any better in Russia.
They were different in Soviet Russia though.
Or in any other capitalist country. Banks robbing people are absolute staple of that system.
They are the exact same, a lot of them are literally identical except for different names.
tbh I think they're more technically advanced (because they're newer, and because they very openly form finance capital, just look at Sber), at least judging but what I hear from people using other countries' banks, but that's about the only difference there is.
