That's an interesting rabbit hole. I dunno if anyone has actually studied the rock formations (there's another one nearby that looks vaguely like a woman's statue) to see if there's possibly anything to the theory, but I can absolutely see why someone would be misled into believing it was artificial. I had to actually look it up to figure out what was so insane about it.
The biggest clue usually is if they only show one angle. Usually this is because from any other angle there is 0 resemblance.
