How long until no one trusts US election integrity anymore?

Republicans say it's rigged when Democrats win. Are Democrats going to start saying it's rigged when Republicans win?

[–] [email protected] 10 points 22 hours ago

It is rigged. It has been for along time. Gerrymandering, electoral college, voter suppression etc... Also, you really think the 78 year old poll worker has a grasp on any of the systems they're there to help with?

What is it with people being confronted with evidence that republicans stole the election saying "gee are democrats really gonna start acting like trump supporters? you can't just say the election was stolen"

[–] [email protected] 7 points 1 day ago* (last edited 1 day ago) (1 children)

I want Democrats to wake the fuck up, what are you talking about? Why did it take y'all so long? We've been telling you since Bush!

[–] EndlessApollo 1 points 1 day ago

Ah OK, I've heard a lot of people say that because it'll undermine public confidence in the voting system, we shouldn't call it when the right tries to steal elections. Sorry for thinking that's what you meant 🌸

[–] [email protected] 3 points 1 day ago (1 children)

Is there specific evidence for that? "Trump makes odd remarks" could mean he is hinting at something specific and it is true indeed, or could mean he is just lying, or could mean he is just rambling and doesn't comprehend fully himself what he is saying.

It should lead to an investigation, to see if there has been manipulations. Now if Trump blocks an investigation, which is likely, then there should be resistance.

There's been a bunch of stuff people say "should be investigated" yet it mysteriously never gets investigated, and people just pretend that the Stealing Elections Party would never steal an election by acting like everything they do to steal elections happens in a vacuum

As i wrote, if there is no investigation, then that is a strong sign that an investigation is needed. But if we just act on the basis of assuming everything Trump says to be true, well you know where that leads.

Congratulations. You uncovered the evil genius behind the plan that the traitor's handlers (the enemies of the United States) are successfully using to dismantle our election integrity to cement their fascist authoritarian rule.

Bush stole the election in 2000 and y'all acted like it didn't happen.

Negative 10 years.
