I think this is going to go disastrously for them. I honestly think he's just reached the point where he can't really innovate or adapt anymore. Would you replace Tomlin? Tomlin isn't an X & O guy. Let the coordinators do the innovation. Pete is a good coach to steady a ship and let coordinators flourish. He's pretty sharp for an old guy. Not like certain senior political leaders.
