Not really, US propaganda, so much as Trump propaganda.
Just about everything he's done for the past decade has shown the interests of the two are mutually exclusive.
Trump is now the US President. It is now the case that "flattering the US" means "flattering Trump". Sucks
Just a matter of time, when this is basically the same. Depending on your definition, it could already be the same...
