I'm saying ruling out an employer because someone convinced HR to that the AI for filtering candidates is a good idea is A bad move because of how prevalent it is. You're locking yourself out of potentially good employment unless you work in tech.
And I'm also saying that it's a green flag if a company says "resumes clearly written by chatgpt will be ignored" because it means they give a shit about the content of it
