Chicken noodle soup with basic dough dumplings.

Flour, baking powder, salt and some milk (plant or moo)...mix well until it's just sticky. I put in chopped veggies into the mix sometimes too. Make little balls and drop them into the soup a couple of minutes before serving.

God tier peasant food.

Onion (fried of course), shredded carrot, shredded zucchini, canned corn (these are good), kimchi if that's your thang.

My mum used to do whatever we had at hand.

Love it. We only had plain ones that sat on top of the stew. My dad made them whenever mum made the stew.

Alas, I do not. Ramen is an adequate substitute though.
