Star Trek is Marxism in space. Seriously.
I was responding to the "it might be a horrific shitshow" part when I said it doesn't need to go that far.
Oh gotcha, fantasy and science fiction aside, Marxism is always kind of a shitshow IRL. It is just sometimes a better intended shitshow.
