EDIT By all means, downvote, but identity politics failed, and it's because you decided someone saying a mean word was a more important political concern than someone being able to feed their kids. It's that simple.

It seems apparent that Americans have decided that mean words are no longer an important concern culturally. Still a shitty thing to say, but the majority doesn't care.
