The latest figures I could find from August 2024 shows that USA imports slightly more from UK than vice versa. It is in balance when rounded to the nearest billion.
Any changes to this would backfire 1:1 on the US.
What's the connection between US/UK trade balance and Netanyahu anyway.
But that billion would be more impactful to the UK economy over the US one due to their respective sizes.
Would be totally worth it though, not that it would happen.
This was said by an elected Senator from the United States of America. It doesn't have to make sense or follow any reasons. 😂
