They mean that gender is a made up human construct and not something that's naturally binary. Gender is a spectrum and the idea that binary genders is the only option is limiting and just flat out wrong.
We can talk about sex vs gender and what means what but at the end of the day gender is more just how people identify themselves.
This is not what I meant, there are actual (but very VERY small) differences between male and female brains, and we're able to measure those differences. See my response to the other person for links to studies demonstrating this.
But that's literally what your comment said? Like it's a spectrum and made up social construct and the studies show how that is a thing.
