I'm weeping at the damage to those floorboards. Could they not have been lifted first?
I think that those are tiles, when layed properly they cant be removed without damaging them.
They just look like faux wood tiles and nothing special. What in particular is making you cry?
Oh, looking at the nearest broken edges, you might be right. I'm not familiar with wood-effect tiles.
They aren't very clean but the fact that they are sitting directly on a thick bed of mortar is what tipped me off -- then the width and and grout lines.
