Anime characters that could kick your ass.

  1. Posts must feature "fit moe". That is, anime characters who show off muscle and/or engage in physically demanding activity (no, not that).

It's a compound lift, so its mainly glutes and hamstings, but also back and core. But yeah, her form is pretty bad. The bar should be against her legs, her back should be straighter and her butt lower.
