Thank you! It certainly is tasty. And yeah, I remember seeing on a Facebook group when someone asked about concentrating soda into a syrup to use in a sour the comments were all saying that’s an awful idea, the follow up post after they did it they mentioned it turned out awesome. Between that and the brewery near me which specializes in candied sours and off the walls things, I’ve gotten a lot of inspiration. Hoping to post more here once life settles down a bit and I can brew more often.
I like to experiment with things like this. I want to make something like "beerider" or "cibeer". Make some wort, mix it with apple juice and ferment.
