So, you are telling Rust is named after the pathogenic fungus (cause disease) and the logo is a crab, just like the logo of Cancer?

What is so wrong with people being excited about a language they like? I have always found the Rust community extremely welcoming and caring.
In my entire life I have never seen anything in programming anywhere near as unimaginably toxic as the Rust community.
They have a hammer and damnit if they aren't going to prove its the best tool for brain surgery.
Take the joke and go home ffs.
